Our breakthrough development is located in the south coast of NSW Gerringong (in the beautiful Kiama region of NSW) - address 128 Belinda St Gerringong 2XXX.
There building has been Da approval for 29 residential units, 5 retail shops, and 8 professional business suits – and recently lodged a request for the development of an additional 6 extra units.
Construction began in July 2016 and tracking slightly ahead of schedule. At present, the ground floor is being formed with full development scheduled for completion late in 2017. Without compromising on quality, we are working hard to bring this in ahead of schedule to give our investors an early chance to rent / move into their new properties.
